Ohio Finally Has A State Budget |

The Ohio House passed a delayed state budget this afternoon on nearly a party-line vote that adds electronic slot machines at horserace tracks and slashes funding for numerous state services. The Senate also was expected to vote on the $50.5 billion, two-year spending plan today after an amended version rocketed through a legislative conference committee this morning and the House passed it by a vote of 54-44.
